(Creator: Sorry for posting too many random things. But like Ask-Hungary’s blog, I’m trying my bests, to post interesting stuff about Hungary and hungarian people, to keep you entertained, untill I can post Grampa-answers again. I mean, I hope you’re still enjoying this blog.

Not that I have too many questions to answer- only 3.

From the movie, Gloomy Sunday (1999) Directed by Rolf Schübel.

The singer, is hungarian, Erika Marozsán. But not every actor and actress is hungarian in the movie - since it’s a german production anways.

I haven’t seen it yet, but some people said, it’s not bad - meanwhile, the other side said, the love quadrangle in the movie is kinda useless.

Oh well, I’d try to find it and go watch myself, so I can have a much objective view.

Have you seen the hungarians? ;)

Magyar Vándor (Hungarian Wanderer) a movie, wich guides the watchers through the 1000 years of hungarian history, in a humorous way. The seven leader of the ancient hungarians after waking up a hard night, suddenly realizes, their tribe got vanished. Having no other chance, they start to search for the hungarians - and eventually found them in the end.

Not sure, if this movie has any foreign dvd release. And the puns and jokes in this movie needs hungarian knowledge - and I still haven’t mentioned the “word jokes, works only in hungarian” case. However, if you have both of these acquaintances, then the movie is quite enjoyable.

One day, Bulgaria’s grampa asked me, if I have the mood to kick some byzanthian ass with him. I said yeah, why not.

And suddenly, on the Pannonian Plain, I found this little brat. He talked in the same language, like me, so I simply supposed, that he must be my grandson.

But I still cannot really found out, how did he get there.

It must be the hackery of my older bro, Hun.

Yeah it must be.

Or…Did I drink too much again? That’s why I not remember?!

(Creator’s note: Grampa talking about the “Dual Landtaking”, (Kettős honfoglalás) wich is a generally known, but not officially accepted theory about the hungarian prehistory. (Generally known and popular in my country.) Wich says, hungarians were conquered the Pannonian Plain (Carpathian Basin) in two step: First around 670, then in 896. So basically, when the hungarians settled down here in 896, they already found pretty big bunch of peeps whom talking in the same (or similar language) they did. While in the common “official” story, mostly of the people talked here slavic languages, and yes, the hungarians indeed came in 670 and setlled down in Etelköz, but they were the same hungarians, whom conquered the place in 896.

I only started to found more and more info about it, and it’s quite interesting actually. As soon as I can systematize those many infos I’ve got about this, I might gonna draw a comic thingie about. Maybe. Or not. Usually, - at my situation - this is the question of freetime.)

I used to live with her for a while. She said, I could stay with her tribe, if I’d help her to fight against particular people. Sounded like a good deal for me since I loved to fight. But…

However, she was pretty weird, and she got so many kids I dont even…

My fellows used to teasing me, that she liked me and such crap. What the hell, I’m much older, than her, what woulda make her to like me anyway.

But her cooking was good. Yeah. The only thing, I missed, when we left to travel forth.
